Industrial Health The Wilson County Hospital Industrial Council meets quarterly in the WCH Conference Room to discuss health and safety issues. Members of the Council are management personnel from the local industrial parks�often the human resource directors and other designated employees. Programs are frequently suggested by council members and arranged by WCH�s Outreach Chair, Julie Nichol, RN. Past programs have included a variety of topics: Workman�s Compensation, Sexual Harassment, Back injuries, AIDS and other infectious diseases, Disaster Plan for the local Industrial Park and Employee benefits. Each fall a seminar is held to allow employees to hear a quality motivational speaker at an affordable price. Topics have included Humor in the Workplace, Customer Service, and Conflict Resolution.
