Our Staff Makes a Difference

Diana Cunningham,R.N.,C.W.S., Program Director
In 1998, Diana was the first Kansan to receive board certification from the American Academy of Wound Management. With over 29 years experience in nursing and nursing education, she is the program director. Diana is a wound care consultant for nursing homes, a speaker for The University of Kansas Health Education Network, and serves on the Advisory board for Beverly Health and Rehabilitation. She completed an intense 7-day, 60-hour Hyperbaric Medicine Team Training Course in San Antonio, approved by U.H.M.S. (Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society) and the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology.

Becky Rhone, R.N.,C.W.S., Clinical Coordinator
Becky completed her Board Certification in 2002 and serves Clinical Coordinator for the Neodesha Center. She brings 5 years experience in the nursing home, home health, and medical surgical fields. Her expertise also includes medical photography. She has also completed an intense 7-day, 60-hour Hyperbaric Medicine Team Training Course in San Antonio approved by U.H.M.S. (Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society) and the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology.

Susan Ritter, RN
Susan has 35 years of experience and brings an added dimension to our program with her ability to develop patient education programs. She has also completed an intense 7-day, 60-hour Hyperbaric Medicine in San Antonio approved by the U.H.M.S. (Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society) and the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology.

Stephanie Adee, RN
Stephanie works as a staff nurse at the Neodesha Center. With 10 years experience in Med-Surg and ICU, she provides the excellent nursing care our patients deserve at The Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. She completed a Problem Wound Management course and has also completed an intense 7-day, 60-hour Hyperbaric Medicine in San Antonio approved by the U.H.M.S. (Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society) and the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology.

Mary Sue Walker, Community Education Coordinator and Marketing Director
Mary Sue brings with her 7 years of marketing experience and extensive knowledge of our regional area. She will be able to arrange educational offerings, attend health fairs and provide information about our program, upcoming events, and new treatment options.

Maria Gonzalez, Office Coordinator
Maria brings a vast background of knowledge with her. Her office and computer skills are very helpful in keeping our clinic running smoothly. Her caring attitude quickly put patients and their families at ease.

Donna Deweese
Donna, a former driver for USD 461,is our transportation specialist. Her background and continuing knowledge about the total wound care experience, supplements the education process as she provides transportation services to and from the clinic.
