A Goal Reached��
Many people set goals�some to help their financial status, some to improve their health by increasing their physical well being, some to expand their mind, some to deepen their spirituality or to help others. Some people even manage to meet their goals.
The Wilson County Hospital Foundation office staff has been privileged to know one of those goal setters who has completed his goals. Gayle Smith wanted his beloved wife to be remembered on the Wilson County Hospital Foundation�s Tree of Life in the Hospital�s lobby. His faithful donations made with love, always made in her memory, have tugged at the staff�s heartstrings. He explains, �I make donations when I used to buy her cards�special holidays like Mother�s Day and Valentine�s Day�. Sometimes we cry together.
This spring, after Mother�s Day, Gayle met his goal. We asked him to return so we could take a photograph and he was willing to do so. It was a special day for him�and for us.
