Community Education Programs

Lamaze Classes-
Childbirth classes are held quarterly. Contact Julie Nichol.

Free Parenting Classes
are 8-10 times a year in cooperation with Four County Mental Health on a
variety of topics including Attention Deficit Disorder and Positive
Discipline. Contact Billie Porter or Four County for a schedule.

Bicycle Safety-Low cost
helmets in a variety of designs are available.
Teens

Safe Sitters-Baby-sitting course for young teens.

Kansas Highway Patrol Defensive Driving Class-a
Saturday class held each spring. Kansas Law requires teens
completing this course receive a reduced car insurance rate.

Family Living Classes-WCH provides childbirth
information and tours to area high schools.
Community

Let's Do Lunch! and Dine with the
Docs!-Low cost community luncheons held on a variety of health
topics.

AARP Driving classes are held yearly. Contact

Vita-Bands-a free exercise programs for those 55 or
older held on M-W-F from 10-11am. Contact Billie Porter or Julie
